Billing Information, Terms and Conditions

We will reserve sessions for your child based on your preferences and tutor availability. Your initial payment will be processed once your child's schedule is confirmed. This invoice will cover the registration fee and the first tuition payment based on the billing schedule selected below. Sessions that are eligible for rescheduling must be used while your child is actively enrolled at Lazar.

Tuition is billed in advance of sessions throughout the school year. Refunds are not issued for unused, missed, or canceled sessions.

Hourly Session Fee: $70.00

Billing options:
Bi-weekly (Upon registration, and then every other Friday, beginning August 15).
Monthly (Upon Registration and then at the start of each month beginning 9/1)

Registration fee: $200.00

Whenever there is a conflict with your child's regularly scheduled session, you must notify Lazar Center as soon as possible. Parents who have contacted Lazar Center at least one hour before the start of a session will be provided an opportunity to reschedule. Sessions that are eligible for rescheduling must be used while your child is actively enrolled at Lazar.

Families may reschedule UP TO 4 sessions per quarter. Any additional missed or canceled sessions will be forfeited.

You must provide Lazar Center with two weeks' notice before your child's final session.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize regularly scheduled charges to your account on the schedule selected above. A receipt will be emailed to you. You agree that no additional prior notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us prior to the payment being collected.
